First time Account Setup
You can now book your own reservations for Flight Instruction and Aircraft Rental through Flight Schedule Pro! To create an account, visit this link: https://app.flightschedulepro.com/Account/Signup/140327 Fill in the relevant information and then click ‘Sign Up’ at the bottom. After a brief delay (less than 24 hours), you’ll be able to log in to the website and reserve your own appointments.
The Following are instructions after you have received an email notifying you that your account has been activated.
Upon logging in, you’ll see your Dashboard. Here, you can access your profile, view and make reservations for flight instruction and aircraft rentals, Alerts and Notices, as well as links to helpful links and videos on how to use Flight Schedule Pro. Before scheduling flight training online, you must complete you user profile. Access your profile from your dashboard by clicking on the ‘My Profile’ button, you will see your information at the top of the page, and 4 selections below that. Click on the ‘Documents’ section. You will see numerous items in the Documents section, but you only need to worry about the ‘Complete User Profile’ and ‘Emergency Contact Info’ items. The rest will be completed remotely by your flight instructor.
To the right of the ‘Complete User Profile’ and ‘Emergency Contact Info’ items, you will see a box with the word ‘Actions’, click the down arrow and select ‘Edit’. From there, fill in the relevant fields to complete your User Profile with your contact information. Do not forget to click More Details+ to ensure that all relevant fields, including address, are completed. Save when finished by clicking the ‘Save’ button. Once both ‘Complete User Profile’ and ‘Emergency Contact Info’ items have been complete, you’ll be able to view our schedule and book your own reservations for instruction and aircraft rental.
To reserve an appointment for flight instruction, select ‘Schedule’ on the left side of the screen. At the top of the new page, you can select different dates and see availability on the calendar below. To reserve an appointment, select an open time slot by clicking on the calendar during the time you want. The default Activity Type will be ‘Dual Flight Training’. To select something different, such as solo flight, click the drop down by Activity Type and select Student Solo. Next, ensure the date and times listed are accurate. Select the aircraft you wish to fly in. The Red Trainer is N13805 and the Blue Trainer is N86FP. Then select which instructor you wish to reserve. Lastly, add any comments you wish, perhaps you want to work on a certain maneuver, you may list it there. And that’s it! Congratulations!
Please keep the following in mind for online reservations.
All instructor reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Aircraft must be reserved with at least 2 hours notice.
All cancellations made online must occur at least 48 hours out from the reservation time. Last minute changes due to weather or abnormal circumstances must be made in person or over the phone.
